DC Speed Control Assembly
610-PHO: Pump Head Only

The 610-PHO is machined from an aluminum casting and has a stainless steel plate and shaft as well as stainless sleeved roller assembly. The pump is rugged, reliable, and easy-to-use.

610-100: Standard Fixed-Speed Pump

The 610-100 is belt-driven pump assembly. The 610 pump head comes mounted on a steel base with a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 HZ, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor with a belt and sheave to reduce the speed to the pump head. This 610-100 is an excellent choice for fixed speed applications.

610-101: Zero-Max™ Speed Control Pump

The 610-101 is a direct drive unit with a manual speed control providing a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. This assembly comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control and a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 HZ, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor mounted on a steel base. The 610-101 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls.

610-103: Zero-Max™ Reversible Speed Control Pump

The 610-103 is a direct drive unit with a Zero-Max reversible speed control that provides a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM in either a clockwise or counter clockwise rotation. The 610-103 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls and is used for metering, printing, and other industrial applications.

610-200: Explosion-Proof Fixed Speed Pump

The 610-200 is a belt-driven unit with a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 HZ, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor. The pump and motor are mounted on a steel base and connected through a belt & sheave which runs at a constant 430 RPM. The 610-200 is an excellent choice for fluid transfer applications where explosive vapors are present.610-201: Explosion-Proof Speed Control Pump

The 610-201 is a direct drive unit with a manual speed control that provides a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. This assembly comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control, and a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 HZ, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor, Zero-Max speed control, and a Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmostphere explosion-proof motor. The 610-201 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls and is used for metering, printing, and fluid transfer.

610-203: Zero-Max Reversible Explosion-Proof Speed Control Pump

The 610-203 is a direct drive unit with a Zero-Max reversible speed control. This assembly comes with Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor, Zero-Max speed control, and a Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmostphere explosion-proof motor and is a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed control units.

610-332, 610-352 and 610-362: Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pumps

The 610-332, 610-352 and 610-362 are DC speed control models. The pumps are mounted on a steel base and coupled to a 1/4 HP, geared, IPC-44, 130 VDC, PM motor. Each unit comes with a speed control in a Nema IV enclosure. The controls accept a 4-20 MA or 0-10 VDC signal and have forward/brake/reverse capability. Vari-Flow assemblies are used in applications where precise speed regulation is needed and with systems that require a remote signal for motor or flow control.

610-450: Air Drive Pump

The 610-450 is an assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. The air motor is intended for safe use in applications where there may be explosive vapors or powders present.

Tubing Sizes: The 600-PHO uses two interchangeable sizes of tubing: 3/8" I.D. x 5/8" O.D. or 1/2" I.D. x 3/4" O.D.

Industries: Paper & pulp, laboratory, sampling, bilge, ink, and fluid transfer.
